Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your hair comb to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the comb must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at beautybypashka@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your comb arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at beautybypashka@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
